New to the Locust Road project--speed bumps

The Locust Road project has a new addition.

Ridge Road has been used as the detour around Locust Road for in-town traffic.  Wednesday morning crews installed two sets of speed bumps on Ridge Road.

The speed bumps will not only slow down detour traffic, but will make it easier for residents living along the road to get out of their driveways.

The Locust Road project is expected to continue into this fall.
