Chicago man charged with interference with official acts in Decorah

On Saturday, the Decorah Police Department received a call referencing a male individual -- 25-year-old Keiwane Ray of Chicago -- attempting to purchase merchandise with fraudulent credit cards at BeMobile. After officers entered the store and an employee was explaining the situation, the male subject ran from the store.

Officers were able to detain the male subject later and he was charged with interference with official acts.
