Former Ft. Atkinson resident arrested on Winneshiek County warrant

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have taken a Fayette man into custody on a warrant for a charge of trying to sell methamphetamine.

28-year-old Lane Breitsprecher of Fayette was originally arrested on May 26th on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.  The criminal complaint filed against Breitsprecher said he took an undercover agent to a farm in rural Decorah and sold meth to the undercover agent for $240.

Breitsprecher was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail on a arrest warrant and remains in custody.
