The Kitchen, a partner of The Spectrum Network, provided sack lunches for the Charles City baseball team after their game against Decorah on Tuesday night.
Charles City head coach Tyler Downing said the lunches were appreciated. A news release from The Spectrum Network said the organization gave the sack lunches "to show our support for the Charles City baseball team as we welcomed them to our community."
The Spectrum Network is a private, non-profit organization that helps individuals with cognitive disabilities, mental illness, and other barriers to independent living enter the workforce and the community.
