Alliant Energy is announcing increased energy efficiency rebates for its customers

Alliant Energy is increasing energy efficiency rebate amounts in Iowa for residential customers while also expanding the offerings for small business owners in the state.

Alliant Energy has increased residential rebates on air conditioners, furnaces, smart thermostats, geothermal heat pumps, pool pumps, and electric water heaters. The new amounts apply to equipment purchased and installed between July 1st and December 31st of this year.  

Alliant Energy has also increased small business incentives for energy-efficient improvements to lighting and refrigeration systems.

Residential and small business customers who made energy-efficient improvements before July 1st are eligible for rebates at the previous dollar amounts.
