West Union man arrested on warrant for Third Degree Sexual Abuse in Decorah

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have picked up a West Union man who is facing charges of Third Degree Sexual Abuse.

A warrant had been issued for the arrest of 20-year-old Cody Durnan.  Durnan has been charged with Third Degree Sexual Abuse in connection with an alleged assault on a 14-year-old or 15-year-old girl at a park near Quarry Street in Decorah in May.

Durnan is now in custody at the winneshiek County Jail.
