Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies arrested five people after serving search warrants Friday night around 6:30 p.m. at a home at 1775 Old Stage Road. The arrests wrapped up a lengthy investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
Taken into custody were:
--45-year-old Thomas Thompson of Decorah, who was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
--39-year-old Jamie Bockman of Decorah, who was charged with second offense possession of methamphetamine, second offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
--42-year-old Kari Teepe of Fort Atkinson, who was charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Sheriff's Office says the case remains under investigation. The Winneshiek County Attorney's Office and Decorah Police Department assisted the Sheriff's Office.
The home of the arrests was the same home where David Hansen was assaulted in July of 2018. Hansen died in late August of 2018, which led to jury trials for Dalton Adam and Jacob Seelinger, who each were convicted of charges in 2019.
