Decorah native has died in a drowning in Idaho

A storm which came up in northern Idaho on Wednesday night while a group of people were boating has claimed the life of a Decorah native.

KXLY-TV in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho reports that 63-year-old Suzanne Kittleson was among the ten people in a boat which got swamped by a storm on Glengary Bay--about one hour north of Coeur d'Alene.  Six of the ten people were recovered by another boater on the scene, while Sheriff's Deputies rescued another three boaters.
