There will be a 2020 Winneshiek County Fair auction--in a much different form

Although the traditional Winneshiek County Livestock Auction has been postponed until 2021, the Winneshiek County Extension Office has announced plans for an "Achievement Auction" to be held online from 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 18th, through 5:00 p.m. Monday, July 20th.

If the exhibitor wishes to sell the animal, the exhibitor and buyer must work out the details of transportation of the animal and locker availability.

Successful bidders  will receive an emailed invoice from Sweeney Auction Service, with all checks to be made out to and sent to ISU Extension & Outreach, Winneshiek County, 325 Washington Street, Suite B, Decorah, IA 52101.
