Decorah Swimming Pool needs adult volunteers to help it navigate this unusual season

A new group of adult volunteers, "Decorah Swimming Pool Ambassadors," is being formed to help Decorah Parks and Recreation navigate the pool season.

The group will help pool staff by answering patrons' questions, assisting with registration at the front door and educating patrons about social distancing on the pool deck.  This extra help will allow the lifeguards to concentrate on guarding.  

Shifts will run approximately three hours apiece during public swim hours and are available seven days a week.  Volunteers must be adults.
