Locust Road reconstruction project will begin on Monday

The Locust Road reconstruction project will begin Monday.

Locust Road will be closed between College Drive and Pine Crest Drive. The project is expected to be completed in late October.  Locust Road will be closed throughout the project.

Local traffic will be detoured around the project on Ridge Road. Truck traffic and other traffic will be detoured on College Drive to Highway 52 to North Winn Road to 337th Street to Locust Road.

Residents who live on Locust Road within the project area will be provided access via a temporary road. Residents affected by the project will also be receiving a newsletter in the mail that describes changes to mail and garbage collection.

The construction schedule is subject to change based on weather conditions.
