Will the new roadway be constructed with any consideration to the heavy walking traffic that this route sees?"):

Luther College Vice President for Finance and Administration Eric Runestad says, 'The new finished paving will be 28 feet wide which is about 4 feet wider than the existing road. So, yes, more room for foot traffic."
