Decorah High School announces valedictorians, salutatorian for Class of 2020

Decorah High School has announced the Class of 2020's valedictorians and salutatorian.

Valedictorians include Brooke Berns, Connor Cook, Zachary Garwood, Danielle Lundtvedt, and Samuel Robinson. Joseph Courtney has been named the salutatorian.

Decorah High School will hold outdoor commencement exercises on Sunday, June 14 starting at 1:00 p.m. at Viking Stadium. One hundred forty (140) members of the senior class will graduate and be honored for their accomplishments.

Student speakers are Kalea Oftedahl, Madeline Putnam, and Katherine Storlie.  District retirees will also be honored and thanked for their years of service.

In a press releases, Decorah High School Principal Kim Sheppard extended congratulations to the members of the Class of 2020.
