Letter to the Editor: The Decorah City Council continues to diddle around with the Alliant Energy franchise agreement

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by C. Dennis Ohlert of Decorah):
 
"The Decorah City Council continues to diddle around with the Alliant Energy franchise.  You'd think that by now they'd get it right.  Or do they even want to?  Its looking more and more like they're only playing at governing.  I'm reminded of an old Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland movie—'Let's put on a play'....'Yeah, and my mom can make the costumes.'"
