A Decorah woman is in jail on two charges

A Decorah woman was taken into custody Sunday night by Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies. 30-year-old Kayla Waters faces a felony charge of controlled substance violation and an aggravated misdemeanor charge of child endangerment.

Waters was arrested around 8:00 p.m. Sunday in Calmar and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.
