Winneshiek County campgrounds will use a new piece of equipment to prevent COVID-19

The Lake Meyer Campground will be using a new piece of equipment to keep facilities free of the COVID-19 virus.  The special sprayer will spray a mist of disinfectant in restrooms and other campground facilities.  The spraying doesn't require a second step beyond letting the mist set for a time.

County officials say they will take a look at how the equipment works at campgrounds and will buy a second sprayer if they're pleased with the results.
