Sumner man arrested for possession of a controlled substance

A Sumner man has been arrested following a traffic stop Saturday on 160th Street in Washington Township.

19-year-old Jared Miller of Sumner has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance after a stop just before midnight.

Miller was arrested and booked into the Winneshiek County Jail on the charge of possession of a controlled substance.
