The latest COVID-19 statistics--as of Friday

Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds announced Friday that there have been 374 additional positive cases of the coronavirus identified in Iowa. That brings the total number of positive cases in Iowa to 14,049.
18 additional deaths were announced by the governor, bringing the total to 336.
In Northeast Iowa, the growth in the number of cases has been modest in recent days. Winneshiek County still has 18 COVID-19 cases, with all but one person considered recovered. Allamakee County now has 116 cases--up by one from Thursday, Clayton County is holding steady at 28 confirmed cases; Fayette County has one new case, for a new total of 25 confirmed cases; Howard County remains steady at 12 confirmed cases; and Chickasaw County remains steady at seven confirmed cases.
Governor Reynolds also announced the state has stabilized the supplies of Personal Protective Equipment, which means the National Guard will not be making PPE deliveries over the weekend.
