Ask The Answer Person: "What's going on at the Hotel Winneshiek?"

Jim asks, "What's going on at the Hotel Winneshiek?  I saw some vans parked near the front door and the back door earlier this week and people were carrying stuff out of the hotel and putting it into the vans."

The Answer Person says, "What you saw was a good sign, not a bad one.

A Facebook post by the hotel staff explains, "The Hotel Winn has been taking this time to make significant updates to our guest rooms."  The updates include new furnishings and many suites with two queen beds now.

Concludes the post, "We will be re-opening in the coming weeks and looking better than ever. We can't wait to welcome back more of our staff members, our guests and the community!"
