Here's the fine print of Governor Reynolds' proclamation

With Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds' proclamation on Wednesday, there is no longer one system for 77 counties and a different system for 22 other counties--the new rules are statewide.

The following business types can be open statewide as of Friday, with some restrictions:
--Restaurants
--Fitness Centers (at 50 percent of capacity)
--Retail stores
--Malls
--Hair styling salons
--Barbershops
--Medical spas
--Tanning facilities
--Massage therapy
--Tattoo parlors
--Campgrounds
--Race tracks
--Libraries
--Drive-in theaters

--Social and fraternal clubs
--Gatherings of 10 or fewer people
--Farmers markets, with social distancing measures
--Auctions, with social distancing measures.

The following businesses are still required to be CLOSED:
--Bars
--Movie theaters
--Casinos
--Senior Citizen Centers
--Adult Daycare Facilities
--Museums, Aquariums and Zoos
--Skating Rinks and Skate Parks
--Playgrounds
--Swimming Pools
--Door to Door Sales
