Gemini is awarding a 2020 Ross Wagner Engineering Scholarship to Danielle Lundtvedt of Decorah.
The Ross Wagner Scholarship was established in memory of former Gemini Chairman of the Board Ross Wagner. It provides scholarships to deserving students seeking degrees at the country's top engineering schools. Every scholarship recipient receives a tuition benefit of up to $100,000 paid over 4 years.
Danielle, a senior at Decorah High School, will be attending the University of Minnesota Twin Cities to study biomedical engineering. She has been active in volunteering, Girl Scouts, peer mentoring, soccer, swim team, band, speech, and many other extracurricular activities.
The Ross Wagner Scholarship is open to all students attending the local high school in cities where Gemini's manufacturing plants are located: Decorah; Cannon Falls, MN; Farmville, VA; Taylor, TX; Fallon, NV; and Hanover, Ontario. It is also available to students attending the local high schools in Howard, SD and Randolph, MN, which are the hometowns of Gemini's founders.
