The State of Iowa's website with coronavirus information now has a new dashboard and new features.
Governor Kim Reynolds announced Thursday that the website now has data showing COVID-19 trends on a county-by-county basis.
In perhaps the biggest change, information about the number of cases in each county will be posted each morning based on statistics as of midnight the day before. Previously, data was as of 10:00 a.m. the day before. The website will now reduce the lag time between when a case is reported and when it is displayed.
As of Thursday morning, Iowa has had 11,059 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
