Here are the types of businesses which CAN'T reopen May 1st in Winneshiek County

Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds' proclamation on Monday will open up many businesses in Winneshiek County and 76 other counties in Iowa.

But there is also a long list of types of businesses which CANNOT reopen:

--Bars: A bar shall continue to be closed but may offer a carry-out or drive-through.

--Salons: All beauty salons, including cosmetology, electrology, esthetics, nail technology, manicuring, and pedicuring services, shall continue to be closed.
--Barbershops: All Barbershops shall continue to be closed.

--Theaters: Live performances or motion pictures still cannot be shown.

--Casinos and gaming facilities: shall continue to be closed.
--American Legion or VFW posts, Elks Clubs, country clubs, and golf course clubhouses shall remain closed, except for carryouts

--Senior citizen centers and adult daycare facilities shall continue to be closed.

--Playgrounds: All outdoor or indoor playgrounds or children's play centers shall continue to be closed. The order does not apply to playgrounds in private residences or childcare facilities.
--Campgrounds: All public and private campgrounds shall continue to be closed to temporary recreational use. All cabins and yurts in state parks shall also continue to be closed to temporary residents.
--Swimming pools: All swimming pools and spas, wading pools, water slides, wave pools, spray pads, and bath houses shall continue to be closed.--All bingo halls, bowling alleys, pool halls, arcades, and amusement parks shall continue to be closed.
--Museums, aquariums, and zoos shall continue to be closed.
--Skating rinks and skate parks, indoor or outdoor, shall continue to be closed.
--Medical spas: All medical spas shall continue to be closed.
--Tattoo establishments: shall continue to be closed.
--Tanning facilities: shall continue to be closed.
--Massage therapy establishments: All establishments where an individual is practicing massage therapy shall continue to be closed.
--Door-to-door sales: All unsolicited door-to-door sales and solicitations at all homes and residences shall continue to be prohibited.
