On June 2nd, there will only be three polling locations in Winneshiek County for the primary election. County Auditor Ben Steines says several factors led to the decision, including increased vote by mail participation, regular polling locations being unavailable, and many poll workers being "at risk" individuals.
Polling locations will be:
*Winneshiek County Courthouse for Precincts 1 through 6 and 11. This polling place is for voters who normally vote at the Courthouse, North Winn School, Decorah City Hall, First Lutheran Church, and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
*Calmar Lutheran Church for Precincts 7 and 8. This polling place is for voters who normally vote at Calmar Lutheran Church and Ossian Community Center.
*Ridgeway Community Center for Precincts 9 and 10. This polling place is for voters who normally vote at Ridgeway Community Center and Fort Atkinson Community Center.
