A court appearance for 18-year-old Jordan Sullivan of Decorah—one of four people charged in an attempted robbery at a Decorah home last December—has been delayed until July 29th.
The postponement follows the Iowa Supreme Court order that trial of this sort must be continued to a date after July 13th.
Sullivan was one of four people who allegedly went to a house on College Drive last December, then were arrested by police following a disturbance in which weapons were involved. Two of those four people -- 18-year-old Brandon McEndree and 18-year-old David Harn, both of Decorah -- have entered guilty pleas to charges filed against them. Sullivan faces one charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injury and one charge of 4th Degree Criminal Mischief, while 21-year-old David Brewer III faces one count of 4th Degree Criminal Mischief and one count of 5th Degree Theft.
