Decorah mayor urges residents to wear masks

Decorah Mayor Lorraine Borowski is strongly urging city residents to wear masks when leaving their homes.

Borowski has issued a statement which says, "I urge all residents and visitors to Decorah to wear masks (manufactured or homemade), in order to help halt the further spread of COVID-19. By doing so, the health of the community will be maintained as we go through the pandemic storm."
