Decorah Community School District students (and parents!) are now in their second week of online continuous learning. Navigating all of the educational programs, apps, videos, and links can be a bit overwhelming. Here are a few reminders and key pieces of information should you find yourself spinning from all the clicking:

The DCSD Technology Support team is ready to help you get where you are virtually trying to go.  Contact them Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Check out the list below to see whom you should call should technology trouble arise.

*Decorah Middle School & Carrie Lee Elementary Technician- Theresa Stortz at (563) 387-5721
*Decorah High School, John Cline Elementary, West Side Early Childhood Center Technician - Lee Fullhart at (563) 387-5882
*Access and Use of Applications Questions - Shannon Quandahl at (563) 387-5882
*Any District Level Technology Questions - Kurt DeVore at (563) 387-5700

Remember, this is the team that can help you out on only school-issued devices. If you or your student is working on a family-owned device, this team will not be able to answer your questions. If you do not yet have your student's district-issued iPad or laptop, please contact your building principal to make arrangements to pick up the device.
