Exactly what new COVID-19 rules must Winneshiek County residents follow?

The Winneshiek County Public Health Department has issued a news release clarifying the new COIVD-19 guidelines which have gone into effect as of Friday morning.

There are to be absolutely NO gatherings for social, community, recreational or leisure purposes, except those involving immediate family members who live in your home all the time. 

Family gatherings of ten or fewer people for weddings, funerals, and other spiritual or religious gatherings are allowed, so long as no more than 10 family members are involved and you maintain 6-feet distancing.

Otherwise, the same guidelines are in place: wash your hands often and stay home--especially if you are ill.
