Decorah School Superintendent Mark Lane reacts to Governor Kim Reynolds' decision to keep schools closed until the end of April

Decorah School Superintendent Mark Lane was among those watching Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds' news conference Thursday afternoon when she extended the closure of Iowa school districts through the end of April.  Lane and many other Iowa school superintendents have been invited to participate in a webinar being held by the Iowa Department of Education to learn more about potential options for continuous learning.

Said Lane, "We will review what we learn and you can expect further communication by 5:00 p.m. Friday.  I appreciate your patience in giving us time to digest the new information that comes out daily."
