Fourth case of COVID-19 reported in Winneshiek County

The Iowa Department of Public Health has reported a fourth case of the coronavirus in Winneshiek County.

IDPH says a total of 66 additional positive cases of Iowans with COVID-19 have occurred, bringing the total to 614 positive cases statewide. According to IDPH, two additional deaths were reported from Linn County. There have been a total of 8,054 negative tests to date, which includes testing reported by the State Hygienic Lab and other labs.

The IDPH says the Winneshiek County coronavirus case involves one older adult between the ages of 61 to 80 years old.

Allamakee County is reporting eight new cases--one child between the ages of 0-17 years old, two adults between the ages of 18 to 40 years old, four middle-age adults between the ages of 41 to 60 years old and one older adult between the ages of 61 to 80 years old.
