Local musicians Avey/Grouws Band land their album on the Billboard charts

Billboard magazine is the Bible of the music industry--if a musician has a song "land on the charts," they're in select company.

This week's Billboard Blues Album Chart has NE Iowa musicians the Avey/Grouws Band at #13 with their release, "The Devil May Care." They have some good company on the charts, with musicians like the Robert Cray Band, Keb' Mo' and the Peter Frampton Band.

Decorah resident Jeni Grouws said of the news, "In a time when there is so much stress, anxiety and bad news, we couldn't be happier to celebrate this news with you, our team....our friends."
