Letter to the Editor: Let's start the practice in Decorah of going outside at 6:00 each night

(The following Letter to the Editor has been submitted by Ellen Cutting of Decorah):
 
"Our community should follow the actions of China and Italy and go outside every night at 6:00 and cheer, ring bells, clap and sing for our country's health care workers, grocery store employees, police, etc.   The community cheering would also be another way to let our neighbors know we made it another day!"
