UPDATED: Write-in votes will determine some township trustee elections

It's a lot of hard work to act as a township trustee.  That could explain why there won't be a lot of candidates for the positions in the November election.

A few of the elections will have to be determined by write-in votes, since no candidate filed nomination papers to be on the ballot.  Most of the remaining elections will feature only one candidate for the position:

Bloomfield Township Trustee:
no candidates

Bluffton Township Trustee:
Stephanie Fromm is running unopposed for one position, while no candidate has filed nomination papers for the second position.

Burr Oak Township Trustee:
Dawn Marlow is the only candidate running

Calmar Township Trustee:
no candidates

Canoe Township Trustee:
Daryl Bosma is the only candidate running

Decorah Township Trustee:
Kevin Barth is the only candidate running
Frankville Township Trustee:
Jeffrey Feickert is the only candidate running for one position, while no candidates filed nomination papers for the second position.

Fremont Township Trustee:
Leland Hovey is the only candidate running

Glenwood Township Trustee:
Allan Dahlen is the only candidate running for one position, while James Ehrie is the only candidate running for the other position.

Hesper Township Trustee:
Mike Paulson is the only candidate running

Highland Township Trustee:
Arden Auna is the only candidate running for one position.  Bruce Bergsgaard is the only candidate running for a second position.  Rick Munson will run a write-in campaign for Township Clerk.

Jackson Township Trustee:
Ross Kuresh is the only candidate running

Lincoln Township Trustee:
Rodney Ollendieck is the only candidate running

Madison Township Trustee:
Roger Bergan is the only candidate running

Military Township Trustee:
Tom Bushman is the only candidate running to fill one position.

Orleans Township Trustee:
Ron Stika is the only candidate running

Pleasant Township Trustee:
Roger A. Nelson is the only candidate running

Springfield Township Trustee:
Bruce Sersland is the only candidate running

Sumner Township Trustee:
Paul Andera is the only candidate running

Washington Township Trustee:
James Neuzil is the only candidate running
