NEICAC's home energy assistance program will continue through May 31st

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Iowa's home energy assistance program has extended through May 31st.

Northeast Iowa Community Action Corporation (NEICAC) Family Service Offices will continue taking applications for the program through that date.  Residents of Winneshiek, Allamakee, Bremer, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette and Howard counties can apply online at www.neicac.org. Winneshiek County residents can call (563) 387-4958 or e-mail trovang@neicac.org. Applications for assistance can be completed without visiting an office.

NEICAC's Family Services offices will not be scheduling face-to-face appointments with customers until further notice.
