Winneshiek County Supervisors declare a state of emergency

The Winneshiek County Board has approved an official State of Emergency in the county because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The designation means emergency funds from all available sources can be used to pay for the costs of responding to the emergency. It also means the county can apply to the State of Iowa for financial assistance and other forms of state help.
