Advice on how to keep your business clean of COVID-19

Winneshiek County Health, based upon the recommendations of the Iowa Department of Public Health, is urging local businesses to take steps to prevent respiratory illnesses such as COVID-19:

-Regularly clean all frequently touched surfaces, including workstations, countertops, doorknobs, door handles, telephones, faucets, and toilet handles.

-A disinfectant that indicates it kills influenza and human coronavirus is effective.

-Encourage staff and customers to stay home when they are ill, to cover their cough or sneeze, and to frequently wash their hands.
