EARL Public Transit is suspending non-essential services after Wednesday

Effective at the close of the day Wednesday, EARL Public Transit services will be suspended, with the exception of those that classified as "essential."

Trips in Winneshiek, Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, and Howard counties will stop, with trips only to dialysis appointments continuing.

A statement from NEICAC says, "We have concerns for individuals that fall into the 'high risk category' and we feel it is our responsibility to them and the public to make this decision."
