Decorah man faces three charges

Decorah Police were called to the Casey's store at 401 College Drive around 9:00 Wednesday morning for a report of suspicious activity in the parking lot.

Officers investigated, then arrested 34-year-old Samuel Devries of Decorah on three charges--driving while suspended; failure to file proof of insurance; and operating a vehicle without registration papers.
