Several Decorah FFA entries qualify for the District Convention

Five entries from the Decorah FFA will compete at the Northeast Iowa FFA District Convention this Saturday.

Tyler Irwin earned first place in Ag Sales; Karter Einck, Grace Gerleman, Brendan Hunter, Lauren Johnson and Sage Wedmann earned first place in Parliamentary Procedure; Kyleigh Batterson, Chezny Ryant, Addison Wemark, Justin Nierling, Dalton Zidlicky, Hannah Schnitzler and Morgan Moen earned second place in Conduct of Meetings; Alex Irwin earned second place in Creed Speaking; and Shayla Smith took second place in Job Interview.

Dalton Hemesath was selected as the alternate to districts in Public Speaking.  Paige Aten in Ag Broadcasting and Steven Sexton in Extemporaneous Speaking both received silver ratings.
