Decorah woman arrested for shoplifting

On Friday afternoon, Decorah Police responded to Walmart for a shoplifting incident. After an investigation, 20-year-old Allison Espinosa of Decorah was caught by Walmart asset protection employees for neglecting to scan items at the self check out register. Espinosa crossed the last point of sale and neglected to pay for items. The items came to a total amount of $36.74. Espinosa was charged with Theft 5th Degree.
