Full speed ahead for Vesterheim's outdoor campus master plan

The Decorah Planning & Zoning Commission has given its approval to plans by Vesterheim Museum to make changes to its outdoor campus.

The move means Vesterheim can proceed on opening bids on the project and awarding the contract.  Vesterheim Executive Director Chris Johnson says a tentative groundbreaking date has been picked in May to coincide with a meeting of the Vesterheim Board of Trustees.  The construction timetable calls for the work to be completed by the end of this year.
