Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce is offering two ag scholarships

The Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce now has two scholarship applications available for local students to fill out. One scholarship is available for any Winneshiek County high school student, while the other is available for a current Northeast Iowa Community College student.

Each $350 scholarship will be awarded to a student who shows a passion for learning, agriculture, and their community.  High school applicants must plan to study agriculture in their postsecondary education, and NICC applicants must be currently enrolled in an agriculture program.

The scholarship application deadline is February 19th.  Applications must be postmarked by that date or delivered to the Chamber of Commerce office by 5:00 p.m. on February 19th.
