Judge denies request of Decorah man facing two assault charges to have his bond reduced

A judge has denied a request to reduce the bond of one of four people arrested in late December for robbing people at a home on College Drive.  

19-year-old Brandon McEndree of Decorah faces two counts of Assault Causing Bodily Injury.  On Tuesday, District Court Judge Allen Heavens denied a motion to reduce McEndree's $15,000 cash bond.  

Meanwhile, the three other people facing charges in the case are awaiting upcoming court appearances: 

18-year-old David Harn of Decorah, who faces one count of Assault Causing Bodily Injury and one count of 5th Degree Theft, is due in court February 18th for a pretrial conference. 

21-year-old David Brewer III, who faces one count of 4th Degree Criminal Mischief and one count of 5th Degree Theft, is due in court February 25th for a pretrial conference. 

18-year-old Jordan Sullivan, who faces one count of Assault Causing Bodily Injury and one count of 4th Degree Criminal Mischief, is also due in court February 25th for a pretrial conference.
