Escaped felon from Waterloo taken into custody

On Monday morning at approximately 10:00, Decorah Police were called to Center Avenue in Decorah in reference to a disturbance at a residence.  When Officers arrived, they identified one of the subjects in the disturbance as 44-year-old Ronald Martin of Waterloo.

During the Officer's investigation, they discovered that Martin was considered an escaped Felon from Waterloo Correctional Facility.  Martin was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Winneshiek County Jail, where he was incarcerated.
