Walmart employee ticketed for failing a tobacco law compliance check

Decorah Police say their officers ran compliance checks for tobacco laws within the city limits late last week.

An employee of Walmart failed to comply and was ticketed for first offense providing tobacco/vapor product to a minor.

The Decorah Police conduct regular tobacco law compliance checks.
