Decorah resident arrested after traffic stop

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have arrested 25-year-old Sisekelo Mabuza of Decorah.

The Sheriff's Office says Mabuza was a passenger in a car which was stopped around 1:00 Friday morning.  They say he interfered with a traffic stop investigation. 

Mabuza was arrested on a charge of Interference with Official Acts and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail, where he also was cited for being a passenger and carrying an open container of alcohol.
