UTV licenses--including Winneshiek County permits--must be renewed by Tuesday

If you're one of the people who bought a permit to drive a UTV on many Winneshiek County gravel roads, the Winneshiek County Engineer's Office is reminding you to come in and get a renewal for 2020.

Additionally, all current UTV licenses expire on Tuesday, December 31st.

ATVs are not allowed on the county road system--only UTVs.
