Decorah man arrested on drunk driving charge

The Winneshiek County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested a Decorah man early Christmas Eve.
49-year-old Martin Pena of Decorah was arrested at 2:15 a.m.
Tuesday on a charge of Second Offense Operating While Under the Influence. He was taken to the Winneshiek County Jail and booked on the charge.
