Tom Steyer to visit New Hampton January 4th

New Hampton will be one of the 15 Iowa communities visited by Democratic Presidential candidate Tom Steyer the first part of January.

Steyer's campaign on Thursday announced plans for Presidential candidate for a 15-county bus tour starting in Council Bluffs January 1st and ending in Newton January 5th.  The tour includes a January 4th stops in New Hampton and Waterloo.

Steyer's campaign says the candidate will devote the tour to talking with Iowans about their economic frustrations and laying out his plan for revitalizing the rural economy.

Details of the New Hampton visit have not yet been announced.
