Decorah woman jailed for violating a protective order assaults a jailer

While incarcerated in the Winneshiek County Jail, 28-year-old Celeste Holtz of Decorah intentionally assaulted jail staff. Holtz was cited with serious misdemeanor assault on a jailer.
